my company has a technical track, but you must be really really technical to survive as you climb up the ladder, as you become more and more expensive to engage..

in Asia, why people don't value technical guys as much as I think they should? Funny thing is: during the school time many feel proud for being great in science/technical subjects..just to find out years later that being not-so-technical is actually getting paid more...
